Our quality management is an integral part of all workflows. We can guarantee maximum safety and highest quality to our customers due to continuous supervision of all production steps. We work only with state-of-the art, highly controlled measuring instruments. Continuous further development and improvement are guaranteed.
Our company has been DIN ISO certified since 1998.
Our aluminum molds are equipped with sacrificial anodes as standard to increase the lifetime of our molds even further.
Our quality control consists of 60 check points including a 8-10 bar pressure test as well as a
cold/warm test (recorded by our thermal camera, if requested)
